Eubiq Warranty Registration (Power-Tracks Only)

IMPORTANT:

Warranty period will commence from the Date of Purchase as indicated in the proof of purchase. In the case for installation done by Authorized Eubiq Installers, warranty period will commence on the Date of Installation as indicated in the Service Report.

Proof of purchase (e.g. sales invoice, sales receipts, Collection Receipt, etc..) must be provided when requesting for warranty service.
Warranties & Product Returns does not cover damages to Power-Track, Adaptors & Accessories due to improper electrical wiring or poor materials usage by external installers or electrical overloading.
Limited Warranty: 3 Years for Power-Tracks, 1 Year for Adaptors
- Complimentary Lifetime Onsite-diagnosis for Power-Tracks installed at any locations within Singapore.
- Repair Services (Power-Tracks & Adaptors) available at all Retail Outlets.
