Refund Policy

Product Warranties & Return Policy:

• Damages to Tracks, Adapters & Accessories as a result of improper installation by
  external parties, other than Eubiq Appointed Installer, shall be nulled and void.
• Warranties & Product Returns do not cover damages to Tracks, Adaptors & Accessories
  due to improper electrical wiring (External) or electrical overloading.
• No Survey charges within One (01) Month of Track/s installation date.
  (Applies only to installation done by Eubiq Appointed Installer)
• Tracks under warranty must be sent back for factory inspection before product replacement. (Lead time: 1-2 Weeks from Survey Date)

Product Exchange Policy (Adaptors & Accessories Only):

• 1 to 1 Product Exchange applicable within 7 Days from Date of Purchase.
• Products can be exchanged provided that merchandise is in New & Original Condition.
• Original Receipt must be presented for all exchanges.
• - No Refund, if the price of the Exchanged item is lower than the Original item.
